Event Venue and Duration
【Outdoor Open Space】
Recommended 10–30 minutes; flexible scheduling is allowed. The organizer will assign a suitable space based on activity content
【Indoor Classroom-style Space】
Duration: 1–2 hours. Allow flexible adjustment for setup and teardown. If longer setup or teardown is needed, please note it in the registration form to avoid delaying the next activity.
Equipment and Support
The organizer provides only space planning and basic equipment. Additional support, such as photography, video recording, live streaming, or on-site security, must be arranged by the activity initiator.
Indoor spaces provide tables, chairs, projector (TV), sound system, microphones, whiteboard, etc. Other props, stationery, or equipment must be prepared by the activity initiator.
Notes
- Each participant may initiate multiple panels, separate registration forms are required for each panel.
- Due to limited time and indoor space, applications may be subject to selection if demand is high.
- Panel must not charge participants or engage in commercial activities.
- Adult-only activities are strictly prohibited. Activities that violate public morals, promote violence, drugs, elections, religion, MLM schemes, or have safety concerns may be terminated by the organizer at any time.
- Failure to comply with rules or absence on the day will result in loss of future participation rights.
- Questions regarding self-initiated activities should be sent via Email to the organizer.
- Time slots for self-initiated activities will be assigned by the organizer.
- In cases of serious violations, the organizer may stop the activity, remove participants, and prohibit participation in future events organized or co-organized by FurryTeaParty and the Taiwan Furry Interaction Association.
- The organizer reserves the right to assess situations and amend rules as necessary.
