【On-Site Registration】
On-site registration for the event will be available on Saturday(Day 1), February 22nd, 2025, starting at 11:00 [GMT+8].
Please have a valid form of ID ready when registering on-site.
※On-site registration costs NTD1300. The price is fixed regardless of whether the purchase is made on Saturday (Day 1) or Sunday (Day 2).

【Event Badge & Collectables】
For those who pre-registered, you may pick up your badge and collectibles on Friday, February 21st, 2025, from 20:00 to 22:00 [GMT+8]. (Please have your participant no. and valid IDs ready for quicker processing.)
※Please refer to the event schedule for the collection period.

【Participants Unable to Attend the Convention】
For pre-registered participants who could not attend the convention, you may have another convention participant at the venue to collect their badge and collectibles, starting on Saturday (Day 1), February 22nd, 2025, at noon. The person collecting on their behalf must fill out a proxy form, and the collected event badge cannot be used during the convention.
If you prefer to receive your collectibles by mail, please complete the mailing request form below by March 2nd, 2025, 23:59 [GMT+8]. We will send the collectibles via Chunghwa Post, and the shipping cost will be charged separately.
Estimated costs for shipping within Taiwan are as follows:
The “Standard” tier would be NTD65 with a type Bag1 parcel.
The “Sponsor” tier & above would be NTD110 with a type Box3 box.
※Please contact the organizer for international shipping.

■ Please ensure you received a “Registration success confirmation email” after registering. If you did not receive the email, please contact the organizer immediately. (The organizer will not be held responsible in cases such as, but not limited to, participants who did not receive their confirmation email and failed to contact the organizer, causing them not to be able to verify their convention registration information during check-in.)
■ By completing the registration form, you agree with the event rules and guidelines. If any rules are violated and warnings are ignored, the organizers reserve the right to cancel your participation without a refund.
■ Please double-check and make any necessary changes to your registration information before the registration deadline.
■ To cancel your registration, email the organizer before the registration deadline. A 10% processing fee and an NTD15 bank transfer fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded. (No cancellations or refunds will be accepted after December 1st, 2024, 00:00 [GMT+8].)

For Epic Sponsors (The Sacred Guardian)
■ Customized collectibles and room reservations will be confirmed via email once payment and registration are complete. Please check your inbox for updates.
■ Cancellation, refund, and qualification transfer will not be accepted once the registration process is completed.
■ Please contact the official within 14 days of registration for the affinity upgrade; failing to do so will be considered a waiver of the upgrade.

■ The benefits associated with “sponsor” and higher tiers are non-transferable to prevent disputes and management issues.
■ The organizer will email participants regarding essential matters. Please check your inbox regularly to avoid missing any updates or important information.
■ By completing the registration, the participants agree that the organizer has the right to collect, process, and use personal information for event safety purposes. Unless law or governmental authorities require it, Taiwan Furry Interaction Association—The FurryTeaParty will not provide participants’ personal information to any other third parties.
■ The organizer retains the right to assess circumstances and amend the event rules.
