Submission Rules:

• Entries must be unpublished and not previously made public.
• Photographers may only make minor modifications, such as color deepening (burning), brightening (dodging), color correction, and moderate cropping. If excessive use of these techniques is detected upon verification of the original works, it will result in disqualification.
• Each photographer may submit up to 5 entries.
• The type of photography equipment used is not restricted. Submissions can be captured using cameras, smartphones, tablets, etc.
• All submissions must be the entrant’s original creations. By submitting, the photographer agrees and ensures that the work is original, does not infringe on any rights (copyright, trademark, personal rights, privacy/publicity rights, intellectual property rights), and is not subject to third-party rights, ownership, claims or related interests in the entry, nor does it violate any other laws.
• Entries must not contain any obscene, provocative, defamatory, sexually explicit, violent, racially discriminatory, or other objectionable content. The organizing committee, at their discretion, may disqualify any such submissions.
• Submissions must include a complete title that effectively conveys the photograph’s context. Misleading or fabricated content will result in disqualification.
• Entries with any markings or watermarks will not be accepted.
• The organizers reserve the right to inspect all original works/source materials to ensure compliance with competition rules.
• Participation implies acceptance of all the Tea Party with Fur Photography Contest rules. Rule violators will have their entries disqualified, and the organizers reserve the right to remove entries. If a winning entry is found to be in violation after being reported, its winning status will be revoked, and any trophies awarded will be reclaimed. Participants are solely responsible for copyright infringement or other legal liabilities, and the organizers bear no responsibility.

File Format Specifications:

• Maximum file size is 20MB.
• Accepted file formats are JPG/JPEG.

Digital Retouching Guidelines:

• We aim to highlight the most captivating moments of the event through authentic photography, not digitally altered scenes created with tools like Photoshop.
• Submissions may not use digital editing to add or remove objects in the image (excluding minor spot removal). The selection committee will carefully verify the authenticity of each photo.
• Monochrome images are accepted.
• Pure environmental photos are not accepted.
• Further details and award explanations will be handled according to the official rules and guidelines. The organizers reserve the right to interpret, modify, and supplement these competition rules and details.

Previous Winning Entries:

• The guidelines reference previous winning entries, suggesting a tradition of excellence and established standards for new participants.
