Eligibility for the Furry Tea Party & Kaohsiung Public Library YCH Character Collaborative of year 2026:
The character selected for inclusion in the 2026 Furry Tea Party & Kaohsiung Public Library YCH Character Collaborative Public Service Artwork will be featured alongside the Furry Tea Party characters on a large-scale promotional illustration publicly displayed on the exterior wall of the Kaohsiung Main Public Library. The posting period is estimated to be around 3 months. (The exhibition period will be subject to the schedule of the Kaohsiung Main Public Library.)
Furthermore, the character selected as “Mystic Hunters” will receive an exclusive full-body illustration specially drawn by the famous Japanese artist, Shin.

【On-Site Registration】
On-site registration for the event will open on Friday, February 27, 2026, after 12:00 PM.
Participants who choose to register on-site are required to complete the on-site registration form in advance and bring a valid ID for verification when making payment and collecting their participation pass.
※ The 3-day admission is NT$1,600, and single day admission is NT$600.
【Event Badge & Collectables】
On Friday, February 27, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, pre-registered participants may collect their participation passes.
Please present a valid ID at the time of collection for staff verification.
(Kindly provide your registration number as stated in the confirmation email to facilitate the check-in process.)

【Participants Unable to Attend the Convention】
Participants who have registered but are unable to attend the event may have another participant collect their souvenirs and participation pass on their behalf after 12:00 PM on Friday, February 27, 2026.
A consent form must be completed for proxy collection, and the proxy-collected participation pass cannot be used during the event.

If you are unable to have someone collect your items on your behalf, please fill out the following form by 11:59 PM on Sunday, March 8, 2026.
We will ship the event souvenirs to participants who could not attend.
Participants are responsible for the shipping cost, and items will be sent via Chunghwa Post convenience box. (Shipping within Taiwan only.)

【Regarding Registration, Changes, and Cancellations】
After completing your registration, you will receive a “Registration Confirmation Email.” If you do not receive the email, please contact the event organizer immediately.
(The organizer is not responsible for any issues regarding participation eligibility if a participant fails to receive the confirmation email and does not contact the organizer, resulting in inability to verify information during check-in.)
By completing the registration, you are considered to have agreed to the event rules and related guidelines.
If any participant violates the guidelines and does not comply after being warned, the organizer reserves the right to cancel their participation without refund.
If you need to modify your registration information, please log in to the registration system and make the changes yourself before the registration deadline.
If you need to cancel your registration, please contact the event organizer via email before the registration deadline.
A 10% handling fee and a NT$15 bank transfer fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the participant.
(Cancellations for any reason will not be accepted after 12:00 AM on December 15.)
【Legendary Hunter Notices】
For customized souvenirs and room reservations, the official staff will contact you via email after your registration and payment are completed.
Please be sure to check your email inbox for their message.
Once registration is completed, participants cannot request to cancel their registration, apply for a refund, or transfer their spot to another person.
You must contact us by email within 14 days to arrange for a relative to upgrade to Advanced Hunter status. If there is no response within the time frame, it will be considered a waiver of the upgrade.
To avoid disputes and related management issues, benefits granted to Special Sponsors or higher-tier participants cannot be transferred to others.
【Personal Information and Organizer Contact】
The organizer reserves the right to collect and use participants’ personal information for the purposes of event management and safety.
Except as required by law or requested by administrative authorities, Taiwan Furry Interaction Association – The FurryTeaParty will not provide personal information to third parties.

The official event hotel discounted rates are part of a special arrangement between FurryTeaParty and Kindness Hotel Kaohsiung, and are exclusively available to event participants.
Participants who wish to attend only one day of FurryTeaParty or are unsure if they can attend the full event may choose on-site registration, which allows them to participate in single-day activities.
Please note that on-site registration is only available for Apprentice Hunter (on-site registration) and Licensed Hunter (standard participants).
Special Sponsor or higher-tier registrations are not available through on-site registration.

The Furry Café is only accessible to Elite Hunter (Sponsor) level participants and above.
